Do's and Don'ts of Massage

Please Do:

Call and reschedule if you’re feeling ill.

Come in clean for your session.

Show up early if you need to fill out paperwork.

Use the restroom in the hallway before your session.

Respect other clients in the waiting room.

Silence your cell phone prior to your session.

Have your own playlist ready prior to your session if you wish to listen.

Take off any jewelry before your session.

Bring shorts or wear underwear if you request stretching.

Undress to your comfort level once in the room.

Get under the sheets until your therapist is ready for you.

Ask any questions you may have about your session, anatomy, or massage.
